Tom has been working in corporate finance and private equity for over 30 years. Most recently, Tom was a Senior Managing Director with Republic Financial Corporation and Vice President of Business Development for Tinuum Group. Republic is a private investment company located in Denver. Tinuum Group is a private project finance development company focused on reducing emissions in the energy industry. Since 2009, Tinuum developed projects which generated over $2.5 billion in US federal tax credits. Tom was instrumental the startup and growth of Tinuum and developing these projects with numerous Fortune 500 tax equity investors.
Daniel Elcan

Dan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Elcan and Associates. Elcan and Associates is a developer in the commercial real estate industry. Dan began his involvement in the energy business by developing synfuel projects in the late 1990’s. Since that time, Dan has been a partner and investor in several similar energy businesses. Dan has also been a successful investor in oil and gas projects.
